Ipforwarding

• If you are using a dual-homed gateway and your O/S permits compile-time setting of _ipforwarding, disable it as you rebuild the kernel

• SunOs: (/sys/netinet/in_proto.c)

ip_forwarding == -1 never forward; never change this value.

int ip_forwarding = -1;
